Our Approach to Privacy
ServPrivacy is built on a fundamental principle: we cannot share what we do not have. Our systems are designed from the ground up to minimize data collection to zero.
Data We Collect
None. We do not collect:
- Names, emails, phone numbers, or any personal identifiers
- IP addresses of visitors or customers
- Payment details beyond the blockchain transaction hash
- Server access logs or traffic data
- DNS query logs
- Connection timestamps or session data
Website Analytics
We do not use any analytics, tracking pixels, cookies, or third-party scripts on this website. No Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no tracking of any kind.
Server Logs
Customer servers operate with zero monitoring from our side. We do not inspect, log, or analyze traffic flowing through customer servers. Network monitoring is limited to automated abuse detection systems that only flag volumetric anomalies (DDoS), not content.
Payment Information
We accept cryptocurrency exclusively. The only payment record we maintain is the blockchain transaction hash, which is required to verify payment. We recommend using Monero (XMR) for maximum transaction privacy.
Data Retention
Service configuration data (plan type, IP allocation, server parameters) is retained only for the duration of the active service. Upon termination, all data is permanently deleted within 24 hours. Server disks are cryptographically wiped.
Law Enforcement Requests
We are incorporated in a jurisdiction with strong privacy protections. We do not comply with foreign legal requests. In the unlikely event of a valid local legal order, we can only provide what we have — which is nothing of substance.
Third Parties
We do not share, sell, or transfer any data to third parties. We do not use third-party services that could compromise user privacy.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
