1. Acceptance of Terms
By using ServPrivacy services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
2. Service Description
ServPrivacy provides virtual private servers (VPS) and dedicated server hosting. Services are delivered on an automated, self-service basis. No identity verification is required to purchase or use our services.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
While we respect your privacy and do not monitor server content, the following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind
- Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks originating from our network
- Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam)
- Cryptocurrency mining on VPS plans (allowed on dedicated servers)
- Network scanning or port scanning of third-party networks without authorization
Violations will result in immediate service termination without refund.
4. Payment Terms
- All payments are made in cryptocurrency (BTC, XMR, ETH, LTC, USDT, SOL)
- Prices are listed in USD and converted to crypto at the current market rate at time of payment
- Services are activated upon blockchain confirmation of payment
- All sales are final unless we fail to deliver the purchased service
5. Service Level Agreement
We target 99.9% uptime for all services. If monthly uptime falls below 99.9% due to issues within our control, affected customers are eligible for service credit:
- 99.0% - 99.9%: 10% credit
- 95.0% - 99.0%: 25% credit
- Below 95.0%: 50% credit
6. Refund Policy
Due to the anonymous and automated nature of our services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are provided only when we are unable to deliver the purchased service. Refunds are issued in the original cryptocurrency.
7. Service Termination
We may terminate services without notice for violations of the Acceptable Use Policy. Customers may cancel services at any time; no refunds are provided for unused time.
8. Limitation of Liability
ServPrivacy provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service in the current billing period.
