01 Is this admin RDP or shared user RDP?
Every plan is full admin RDP — your own dedicated Windows instance with the local Administrator account. We do not sell shared user accounts on a single fat Windows box because the abuse model on those is incompatible with our privacy stance.
02 Which Windows version do I get?
You pick at order time: Windows Server 2022 Standard (default), Windows Server 2025 Standard, Windows Server 2019 Standard, or Windows 11 Pro. License is included in the monthly price — no separate Microsoft signup, no MS account required.
03 Can I install MetaTrader, Chrome, anti-detect browsers, scraping tools?
Yes. You have full local Administrator. Install anything — MT4/MT5, NinjaTrader, Chrome with anti-detect profiles, Selenium, Playwright, Office, SQL Server Express, you name it. We do not inspect or restrict what you run inside your Windows instance.
04 Why is bandwidth capped instead of unlimited like the Linux VPS?
Windows RDP is regularly abused as a tunnel/proxy and that wrecks shared host capacity. The 2/5/10/20 TB caps cover real desktop workloads with margin and protect everyone else on the host. Need more? Buy extra TB at $3 each at order time.
05 Why only 4 jurisdictions?
Netherlands, Romania, Moldova and Russia map to the demand we measure for offshore Windows. Iceland, Panama and Switzerland have effectively no Windows RDP demand and the licensing is more expensive in CH/IS — keeping them Linux-only keeps prices down. Ask via /contact if you need Windows RDP elsewhere; we ship on signal.
06 How do I connect after deploy?
You receive an IP, the Administrator username and the password you set at order time. Connect with the built-in Microsoft Remote Desktop client (Windows), Microsoft Remote Desktop (Mac App Store), or any RDP client (Remmina on Linux, FreeRDP on mobile). Default port 3389, no VPN required.
