Self-hosted vs commercial proxy services
Commercial "residential proxy" services often operate in legal grey zones and price accordingly. Self-hosting gives you datacenter proxies at a tenth of the cost. You control rotation, you control logs, you control the legal risk.
Recommended stack
Squid for HTTP(S) forward proxy, 3proxy for SOCKS, HAProxy for load balancing, or Python aiohttp/httpx for custom rotation. A cluster of 5–10 VPS-S instances rotating gives you a 5–10 IP pool for $75–150/mo.
Jurisdiction & scraping
Moldova and Russia are outside most western scraping-abuse reports. Romania and Panama are strong alternatives. Avoid jurisdictions where "computer misuse" is broadly defined and applied to scraping (US, UK).

01 Are the IPs clean?
New VPS get fresh IPs. We rotate abused IPs out of the general pool. For high-volume scraping, consider requesting additional IPv4 (paid add-on).
02 Will you shut down my proxy for complaints?
Only under a valid court order in the server's jurisdiction. Routine scraping complaints are forwarded to you for information.
03 Can I deploy 10 VPS and rotate IPs?
Yes. Each VPS comes with a unique IPv4. Use the API to automate deployment and configuration.
04 What about residential IP scraping?
We provide datacenter IPv4 only. For residential IPs, combine with a residential proxy service (but be aware of their legal questions).
05 Can I use this for sneaker/ticket automation?
Technically yes, but check the target site's terms of service — they may be binding regardless of your hosting.
